The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to replace a failed water well pump that services the Westley Rest Area along Interstate (I) 5 at Postmile (PM) 0.935L in San Joaquin County. All work will be done within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of the project is to restore normal operation at the Westley Rest Area.
