This is a project to purchase an approximately 34,848 square foot property in the City of Lindsay containing a vacant church building with parking and related facilities for use as an administrative and support facility for the school district. The project will involve the use of and minor alteration to existing facilities. The Project will not impact an environmental resource of hazardous or critical conern, within the meaning of Guidelines section 15300.2(a), or otherwise come within any of the exceptions set forth in Section 15300.2.
