Document Description
A major storm caused Cuddy Creek to overflow into the roadside rest area and the wastewater overflow basins. The overflow basins were excavated, and a chain link fence was replaced. The berm was rebuilt along the creek, approximately 960 feet in length. Rock Slope Protection was added to enforce the berm. his emergency project was needed to avoid the failure to the transportation system and to prevent the loss or impairment of life, health, property, or essential public service.
