Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-65029-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Howard Dashiell, representing the Mendocino County Department of Transportation.
The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment to replace an existing culvert damaged during 2023 storm events. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, replacement of the upstream concrete headwall, rock armoring the culvert outlet, backfilling and compaction of fill, and repaving of the road surface.
