The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code, Section 26012, approved a small outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation license. The Project will consist of an outdoor cultivation site with up to 10,000 square feet of mature canopy in addition to an existing project on site that includes a specialty outdoor license (5,000 square feet of canopy). Water is provided by permitted on-stream water diversions with pond and tank storage.
