Document Description
The proposed project is located on State Route 99 at Post Mile 24.8 in Bakersfield in Kern County. The purpose of the project is to install a security fence on the embankment beneath the Bakersfield Yard Overhead along State Route 99. The scope of work for this project is to place 12' high wrought iron fence with one 4' wide pedestrian gate and one 10' wide swing gate with a 2' concrete security edge on the embankment underneath the bridge deck. All permanent work will be performed within Caltrans right-of-way and Railroad right-of-way.
