Document Description
Rules 301, 302, and 303 are proposed for amendment to ensure that fees are reasonably aligned with the regulatory costs of the programs they support. The proposed 2% fee increase to Rules 301, 302, and 303 is designed to recover the rising costs associated with personnel issuing licenses and permits, performing investigations, inspections, and audits, and the administrative enforcement and adjudication thereof. Rule 301 amendments also include revisions to section (E)(7)(g) to synchronize Rule 301 with MDAQMD Rule 1160 language and definitions.
