Document Description
The project is to recapture underutilized space within the H-12 and H-16 parking lots increasing parking capacity and improving operational efficiency within the existing parking lots limits. Optimization for capacity and efficiency of parking stall layout will involve removal of concrete planters, existing trees, and replacing curbing. Additionally, grading and leveling improvements necessary to prepare for asphalt resurfacing and restriping will establish proper site elevations, drainage, and accessible conditions. The project will install four ADA parking stalls within H2A parking lot and install Level 1 electric vehicle chargers within Parking Facility 271.
