The applicant is proposing to install driveway approach, curb and gutter, parkway landscaping and other activities on State Route 39 (SR-39) Whittier Boulevard in the city of La Habra, Orange County. Project work activities include sidewalk work, parkway landscaping, closing of existing driveway approaches, pavement restoration, grind/overlay, installation of domestic water, firewater, and irrigation service connections /water meters with appropriate traffic control at 120 E. Whitter Blvd. The purpose of the project is to improve utilities and roadways. The total Disturbed Soil Area is unknown. The work proposed by the applicant will occur within Caltrans Right of way. No new right of way is required
