The subject site has been used for commercial retail establishments, and no expansions of use are proposed. Furthermore, none of the exceptions to the use of categorical exemptions set forth in State CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply. There is no possibility of a significant cumulative impact as staff does not anticipate that other projects of the same type will take place at the project site or the surrounding area.
