Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-VEN-61714-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison Company (SCE), as represented by Victoria Parsons.
The original Project consists of clearing two access paths of vegetation, conducting one geotechnical investigation, pouring cement, and conducting safety inspections of existing Poles: 4479508E, 4479509E, 4479510E, 4479511E, and 4479512E. The activities covered by this Agreement include vegetation trimming, overland travel, deployment of a drill rig, and Permittee conducting one geotechnical investigation. The Project also includes the restoration of areas subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq., impacted by the activities covered under this Agreement. The Project’s activities total temporary impacts of 0.457-acre.
