Document Description
The project proposes a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) to recon figure the boundaries between three existing, contiguous parcels (APNs: 052-380-035-000 (A), 052-380-034-000 (B), 052 -380-026-000 (C)). The primary intent of this adjustment is to redistribute land area between current owners to adjust parcel sizing and location . Water service will continue to be provided by the Imperial Irrigation District, while sewer service will continue to be provided by the existing septic systems. Physical access to the properties will continue to be via La Brucherie Rd for Parcel A and
C, and via McCabe Rd for Parcel B.
