The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) which allows for the permitting of existing private structures in which no expansion of the structure or use are proposed. The subject fence is existing, and no expansion of existing or former use is proposed. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
