The License Agreement with American Red Cross establishes a fiveyear term commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, for the non-exclusive use of County-owned rack and antenna space at the Onyx Peak Communications Site to support the implementation of a regional emergency communications system designed to facilitate disaster response and recovery operations throughout California.
