Lumen Company proposes the construction two handholes (48 inch by 48 inch) in the landscaping area within Caltrans right-of-way for the installation of the Middle Mile Broadband mile broadband conduits. Trenching will be conducted from the handholes within Caltrans right-of-way to cross over to City of Ventura right-of-way, and then railroad right-of-way. Proposed project is located on Route 101 post-mile (PM) 30.81. This clearance is provided for Caltrans right-of-way only.
