Document Description
Frontier Communications proposes the installation of approximately 1,985 feet of fiber optic cable via underground placement along County Road 75 in Modoc County, California. The work will consist of 1,314 feet of plowing and 671 feet of horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Soil Disturbance is anticipated at four (4) bore pits and 1,314' of plowing. The total soil disturbance is approximately 3,028 square feet or approximately .070 acres. This project is intended to upgrade existing copper infrastructure to broadband service within Modoc County.
