Document Description
An application to reinstall and modify an existing TMobile wireless facility on a Southern California Edison wood utility pole in the public right-of-way near the 3700 block of Las Flores _Canyon Road. All proposed equipment would replace previously Installed equipment and appurtenances damaged due to the 2025 Palisades Fire. The project would reinstall one antenna arm mount one bi-directional antenna {approximately 15 inches in diameter). one equipment shroud enclosing, pole-mounted radio equipment. two remote radio units, two diplexers, RF caution signage, replacement coaxial cabling, and associated equipment on the existing wood utility pole (SCE Pole ID No. 3003021). Groundwork includes one new grounding rod and the removal and replacement of approximately 152 linear ·feet of fire damaged conduit. In addition to City-issued permits, the applicant is required to obtain permits for use of the pole from Southern Callfornia Edison and an encroachment permit from the City Public Works Department.
