Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number CAL-65645-R2, pursuant to section 1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tim Tate.
The projects are limited in scope to the potential installation of up to eleven temporary stream crossings depending on the presence of flowing water, excavation of catch basins for instream water drafting, and associated water drafting activities. All crossing sites are existing stream crossings. Streamflow at these locations is sustained primarily by seasonal snowmelt, resulting in dry channels once the snowmelt period concludes.
