The Santa Rosa City Schools (District) proposes the New District Office and Education Center Project (Proposed Project) on approximately 8 acres of land at 211 Ridgway Avenue in the City of Santa Rosa. The purpose of the Proposed Project is to provide modernized facilities for District administrative, educational, and maintenance and operations functions. The Proposed Project would involve demolition of existing permanent and portable structures and construction of a new two-story building of approximately 59,633 square feet (SF) with a 31,944 SF footprint, renovation of an approximately 6,696 SF area of existing warehouse space for use by the Maintenance and Operations Department, and associated site improvements, including but not limited to parking and circulation improvements, landscaping, utility improvements, drainage improvements, and accessibility and related site improvements. Construction is anticipated to begin in Summer 2026 and end in November 2027.
