The proposed project involves the land disturbing activities on slopes greater than 5% associated with the proposed clearing of grassland within the proposed project area (i.e., clearing limits), earthmoving and the installation and maintenance of erosion and runoff control measures and agricultural infrastructure in connection with the development of approximately 18.3 gross acres of vineyard, including 7.8 acres of replanted existing vineyard and 7.8 acres of new vineyard (approximately 15.6 net planted acres) within three vineyard blocks, located within a 27.98 acre parcel.
