Document Description
The project consists of the transfer of 333 square feet of restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land to the receiving parcel, identified above, on which the property owner proposes to demolish and rebuild the existing housing structure. The restoration credit will be transferred to the site to pave existing car turnouts (48 square feet) off Drum Road (outside of the access easement) and for the water tanks (174 square feet) as required. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to reconstruct the home without a net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
