The proposed project involves a request for the approval of a Development Plan (D23-00012), Regular Coastal Permit (RC23-00010), and Conditional Use Permit (CUP23-00004) to construct a new lift station and force main to divert water flow from the La Salina Wastewater Treatment Plant to the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility, upgrades to exiting stormwater treatment facilities, undergrounding of existing an electric distribution line, and the addition of a public parking lot, bike/pedestrian path, and site landscaping.
