Document Description
The purpose of this project is to install a new interpretive panel at Bethany Reservoir State Recreation Area to provide information about the park’s birds for visitors. State Parks staff will:
Use hand tools to excavate two (2) 24-inch-deep post holes off the trail on the northwest side of the park;
Insert one (1) 8-inch diameter wooden post into each hole and backfill to grade with concrete;
Use a bolt/washer assembly to attach one (1) 24-inch 42-inch interpretive panel to the posts; and
Spread excavated soils on-site.
