PLN24-0036 - The project would involve complete demolition of an existing 44,758-square-foot office building at 1133 Aladdin Avenue and the interior demolition, remodel, and expansion of the existing manufacturing building at 1111 Aladdin Avenue. The manufacturing building would be expanded by a footprint of approximately 39,642 square feet, which would mostly be in the form of the construction of a standalone building addition separated from the existing building by a 12-inch expansion gap. The project would also include enclosing the existing 7,925-square-foot canopy and remodeling existing office and mezzanine spaces in the manufacturing building. The expansion would be 35 feet in height, which is slightly taller than the existing building, which is 33 feet in height. Overall, the project would include an updated total building area of 142,645 square feet.
