Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to close a lane on Foothill Blvd to install a new pull box and trench roughly 65 feet in the Caltrans right-of-way, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. The crew will also access existing structures in the parkway to replace cable and equipment. All work will be on State Route (SR) 66 at postmile 1.2 in the City of La Verne, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 65 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
