Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) is to remove and replace one utility pole 2114431E and its related equipment, as well as to perform traffic control activities at post mile (PM) 3.64 on State Route (SR) 23 in the City of Malibu, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 84 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
