The City of Vacaville will be removing and replacing approximately 130 linear feet of an existing 12-inch diameter Asbestos Cement Pipe (ACP) water main and corresponding mounting brackets beneath the Alamo Drive Bridge over Alamo Creek. The replacement pipe will consist of a new 18-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) water main is the same location as the existing pipe, which will be mounted along the bridge’s concrete barrier.
