Document Description
Amended Use Permit 07-13 for the construction of a new Calvary Christian Center and Rezoning 23-05. Located on 12 acres, it is proposed to be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is a church, and in the same 53,480 square foot building will be a large lobby, nursery and preschool for up to 53 children, and offices. Also included is an outdoor pavilion, two out-buildings and 465 fully improved parking spaces. Phase 2 includes a private K-8 school for up to 270 students in an approximately 23,105 square foot building. This proposal reduces the size of the previously approved church on the same site. Rezoning 23-05 for the same property would delete the X19 Combining Zone District that currently imposes various street improvements as a part of development of the property. The property is located at the southeast corner of State Route 20 and El Margarita Rd.
