The improvements are categorically exempt from CEQA and are covered by Class 1 (Existing Facilities), Class 2 (Replacement or Reconstruction), and Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) exemptions. An environmental review determined that none of the exceptions listed in Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines apply to the Project.
