Document Description
The proposed project is to repair and replace components of an existing concrete channel lining in a drainage ditch (Bradley Channel). An existing maintenance bridge over the channel is no longer needed and impairs equipment access through the channel; the bridge will be removed. A 140 linear foot section of concrete along the east channel wall will be removed and re-graded to install a new access ramp. The concrete lining along the western side of the channel is deteriorating and needs to be removed and replaced with new concrete in sections from Jones Street to Main Street (0.5 miles). The project will be completed in two phases, with the bridge removal in 2026 and the remaining access ramp and concrete repairs and replacement in 2027. The area is an existing concrete drainage facility with no public access constraints.
