Document Description
UC Davis proposes to renovate approximately 14,000 gross square feet of existing clinical space in Suite 1700 of the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) building to establish an Immediate Advance Care (IAC) service center. The project would renovate existing exam rooms and convert several rooms into nurse's stations, medical room, and a break room by replacing flooring, paint, casework and doors, and minor upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and reinstalls wayfinding signage.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
