The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code, Section 26012, approved a Retailer commercial cannabis license submitted on 3/24/2026, by KO COLLECTIVE LLC.
The project will consist of a cannabis retail facility at 2425 CLEVELAND AVE SANTA ROSA, CA 95403 [APN: 015-481-026] with delivery services operating in a 1,170sqft tenant space within a larger 9,822sqft building. Operating hours are from 10am to 7pm. All necessary utilities are available at the project site, including water, wastewater, storm drainage, gas and electric services.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
