Document Description
The proposed project is a Plan Approval pursuant to Condition No. 9 of Case No. ZA-2022-4886-CUB-CUX to allow the continued sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption with live entertainment in conjunction with an existing 4,090 square-foot restaurant and bar (Hi Tops). The restaurant and bar will have existing hours of operation from 6 am. to 2 am., daily, and include 130 interior seats. The request also includes for the removal of dancing from the entitlement (CUX), as well as the removal of Conditions No. 11 through 15, which outline parking requirements in Case No. ZA-2022-4886-CUB-CUX in the raJC4-1XL Zone.
