Document Description
The Project will repair the blowoff energy dissipator (Structure) where some of the sackcretes have dislodged over time and the underlying soil base has eroded. In addition, the Project will clear vegetation overgrowth along the dirt road to allow heavy equipment access to conduct the repair. The purpose of the Project is to maintain the integrity of the Structure and protect the downstream San Leandro Creek channel from erosion. See Attachment A for additional information
