Sperry Avenue serves as an important east-west corridor within the City and functions as a minor arterial roadway, providing connectivity to residential neighborhoods, schools, parks, and other community destinations. The project aims to upgrade the existing sidewalks into dedicated, physically separated bike paths to improve bicycle access, safety and multimodal connectivity throughout the corridor.
