Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit proposed by Southern California Edison (SCE) for several infrastructure upgrades at two locations. At location 1 (Pole 1089715E, PM 4.079), the utility pole will be replaced and a new guy anchor installed. At location 2 (Pole 1281324E, PM 4.196), the utility pole will be replaced and a new guy anchor installed. The subject poles are located along State Route 150 (SR-150) and Casitas Pass Road, outside the city limits of Ventura in Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 84 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 24 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
