The Project is selling a utility easement over California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Hidden Valley Wildlife Area to Southern California Edison (SCE) for the purpose of the Riverside Transmission Reliability Project (RTRP), jointly planned by SCE and the City of Riverside’s Municipal Utility Department (RPU).
