Document Description
The lot line adjustment involves three
existing parcels. The parcel boundary between APN 090-315-022 and 090-305-015 will be adjusted and
the parcel boundary between APN 090-305-015 and 090-305-004 will be removed and combined. The
adjusted parcel of APN 090-315-022 will result in a change of lot area from 183,783 square feet (4.22
acres) to 86,693 square feet (1.99 acres). The adjusted parcel of APN 090-305-004 will result in a change
of lot area from 7,407 square feet (0.17 acres) to 104,503 square feet (2.40 acres).

because a minor lot line adjustment is an exempt action under Class 5 that would not result in the
creation of any new parcel. The Parcel Review Committee Chair will be required to make a finding to
this effect.
