Reasons for Exemption
The focus of this project is to plant native species to encourage habitat creation for pollinators and agricultural lands. The implementation of native plants is designed as a hedgerow of approximately 2,133 ft. in length, well below 5 acres. There will be no adverse impacts to threatened or endangered species, and the project will not impact or disrupt surrounding land use. Additionally, the project will be carried out with hand labor and will not used mechanized equipment to complete the project.
