Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for McDonald's USA, LLC to reconstruct the existing driveway along Hawthorne Blvd. and State Route (SR-107), at postmile (PM) 3.64, as part of the reconstruction of the existing McDonald's Restaurant located at 19009 Hawthorne Blvd in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 4 inches, an average width of 10.50 inches, and a maximum length of 53 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
