Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Edison to replace 1 damaged vault lid and hardware at the same location and to perform associated temporary traffic control activities on Hawthorne Blvd at postmile (PM) 0.94 on State Route (SR) 107 in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 18 inches within the Caltrans right-of-way. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
