Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as City of Rialto Septic-to-Sewer Disadvantaged Communities Project. The Project consists of tasks including project administration, outreach, planning, design, and grant reporting. These activities will be carried out to confirm the location of existing septic systems, engage the community, conduct a feasibility study, prepare environmental documentation, and develop engineering designs. The future goal is to transition approximately 221 residential properties from outdated septic systems to a centralized sewer system in disadvantaged areas of Rialto. PROJECT NUMBER: 8825-110
