The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Profession Code, Section 26012, approved a Small Outdoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 02/22/2026, by 5MIL Logistics, LLC. The project consists of 9,016 square feet of Small Outdoor cannabis cultivation. The property is approximately 10 acres in size, zoned RR10, which allows cannabis cultivation. The water source is a permitted well. The estimated water use per season is estimated to be 100,000 gallons per year. No construction or modifications to existing buildings are proposed as the buildings to be used for cultivation are already in place.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
