Document Description
The Beaumont Unified School District (District) is planning a number of improvements to the Anna M Hause Elementary School campus, which include the construction of new classroom buildings for the Beaumont Early Childhood Education Center, including new play areas, a lunch shelter, a new bus drop off and pick-up zone, various parking areas, a solar photovoltaic (PV) structure in parking lot 2, and circulation improvements that will serve the entire campus. The Beaumont Early Childhood Education Center would include two single-story buildings that would house the classrooms (total of eight), work rooms, offices, a conference room, a staff lounge, a nurse's office, a laundry room, restrooms, and storage and custodial rooms.
