Document Description
The Greater Vallejo Recreation District (GVRD) proposes to renovate and enhance Franklin Recreation Center Park, which consists of the former Franklin Middle School property. Proposed Park facilities would include an outdoor basketball court, pickleball courts, play area, a multiuse synthetic turf field, a multiuse natural turf field, and a concession/picnic area. In addition, the proposed project would result in the construction of related improvements to complement the new recreation areas, including parking, landscaping, lighting, utilities, and stormwater management.
