The proposed project will replace existing underground water valves in three (3) locations at the Coalinga State Hospital. The existing water valves will be removed and replaced in kind and match existing size and service. Three (3) valves will be replaced at Site A, one (1) valve will be replaced at Site B, and one (1) valve in Site C will be relocated 7 feet away to a landscaped area.
