Document Description
To remediate mold, the proposed project will perform mold and water damage abatement/treatment of the concrete slab and adjacent construction. This includes removal and replacement of all carpet tile and vinyl composition tile and rubber wall base with in-kind materials. As a preventative measure to prevent future occurrence of flooding, the project also includes regrading and replanting of outdoor planter boxes to shed water away from the building. Existing irrigation controller, valves, and drip lines will be replaced to establish new landscaping. Planter drainage will also be modified to direct water towards existing pathways.
