Document Description
The Proposed Project consists of a General Plan Amendment, Prezone, and Annexation to allow for the annexation and future development of the CP-42 North Project. The Proposed Project is approximately forty (40) acres and is bounded by E. Gerard Avenue to the north, E. Mission Avenue to the south, Tyler Road to the east, and Barroso Road to the west. The project site is designated for Low Density Residential (LDR) land uses per the City's Vision 2030 General Plan. The Proposed Project will amend this land use designation to Open Space/Park (OS/PK). The Proposed Project also consists of a prezoning designation of P-OS, Parks and Open Space, to allow for consistency with the Vision 2030 General Plan. Upon annexation, the Proposed Project will include installation of grass turf and irrigation facilities.
