The Project would construct a 3,644 square foot building including 12 offices, 6 work stations, 4 shared work stations, a break room, conference area, reception area, locker rooms, restrooms, server room, and kitchen. The existing access roadway and parking lot would be paved and approximately 24 new stalls would be striped along the southern side of the new building, including 20 standard parking stalls, one ADA compliant van parking stall, two standard EV Charging spaces and one van accessible EV Charging space. A 3-foot tall soldier pile seawall would be installed along the western and southern site borders. The Project would also include installation of bioretention areas and public benches.
