The Project includes water treatment improvements to Well 3, including the construction of a treatment facility that would consist of a 37.500 galloon backwash supply tank and pump and backwash holding basin. a pair of Granular Activated Carbon vessels. a sand separator and cartridge filter equipment, a chemical storage enclosure, and an onsite concrete truck pad. Additionally, a 2,000-foot pipeline would be installed approximately four feet below ground surface that would connect the treatment site for Well 3 to the District's newly constructed Well 4 to aid in the compliance of water quality regulation
